ROCKTECH PRIVACY POLICY

Updated August 5, 2011

Rockefeller Consulting Technology Integration Inc. ("RockTech", "we", "us" and "our") owns and operates the rocktech.com website (the "Site") and the RockTech services made available through the Site (the "Services"). Your privacy, and the privacy of all registered users of the Site and the Services, is important to us. Accordingly, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, the manner in which we collect and use that information, and our efforts to protect information about you from unauthorized disclosure to others. This policy is subject to, and shall be superseded by, any other agreement between you and RockTech. Further, because our Services interact with numerous third party services, it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms of use and privacy policy of each third party social networking site or service prior to your use of, or interaction with, such services. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us at privacy@rocktech.com.

Types and Sources of Information Collected

In connection with your use of our Services, we ask for and may collect a variety of information from and about you in different ways. For example, when you register to use our Services, we ask for and store your and/or your business' name, address, email address and other identifying contact data. In addition, we collect information about your use of third party networking services, which may include LinkedIn, Facebook or other third party services, and we obtain your consent and login credentials ("Login Credentials") necessary to access certain of your third party service accounts ("Your Third Party Accounts") and the information contained in Your Third Party Accounts ("Your Third Party Data"). We may also collect the information you disclose in any of our chat rooms, discussion groups and bulletin boards.

Use of Cookies

Like most websites, we use cookies and web log files to track site usage and trends, to improve the quality of our service and to customize your experience on RockTech. A cookie is a tiny data file that resides on your computer, mobile phone, or other device, and allows us to recognize you as a User when you return to the RockTech website using the same computer and web browser. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases doing so may impact your ability to use RockTech Services. One type of cookie, known as a "persistent" cookie, is set once you've logged in to your RockTech account. The next time you visit the RockTech website, the persistent cookie will allow us to recognize you as an existing User so you will not need to log in before using the Services. Another type of cookie, called a "session" cookie, is used to identify a particular visit to the RockTech website. Session cookies expire after a short time or when you close your web browser. Other technology like Macromedia's flash can be used to place the functional equivalent of a cookie on your computer. You can control flash "local stored objects" or "flash cookies" using the Macromedia Website Privacy Settings Panel at www.macromedia.com. RockTech may use cookie-equivalent technology for the limited purpose of enhancing the security of RockTech's services. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. LinkedIn does not store unencrypted personally identifiable information in the cookies.

Use of Information

We use your personally identifying information to register you as a user of the Site and our Services and to provide you with the Services. We will use your e-mail address only to communicate with you. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use your email address to contact you directly regarding services or products that we believe may be of interest to you. We may also associate your personally identifying information with information we collect about your preferences and activities at the Site, such as the particular pages you request at the Site and your use of our Services.

We use Your Third Party Data solely to provide you with the Services, which involve extensive training regarding enhancing the efficacy of your use of those services and maximizing the value of your use of Your Third Party Accounts.

We may combine your personally identifying information, information about your preferences and activities, and Your Third Party Data, with those of all or a particular group of our users to prepare aggregated data about our users and their use of third party services in a manner that does not identify you or any of Your Third Party Data ("Aggregated Data"). For example, we may track the number of our users at a specific employer who have contacts in certain industries or we may track the percentage of users who have added information to specific sections of their profile without exposing what that information is.

Disclosure of Information

We may provide third parties with Aggregated Data in describing our Site and Services to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties, and for all other lawful purposes.

We may also disclose information to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements or if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect others' rights or to prevent harm.

Non-Disclosure of Your Third Party Data

Your Third Party Data is housed in Your Third Party Accounts with third party service providers and not with us. We do not share any of Your Third Party Data, including without limitation the names or contact information for any of your contacts in any of Your Third Party Accounts, nor your Login Credentials with any third party, including without limitation your employer, except for Aggregated Data (as defined above) applicable to our users generally or our users from a specific employer. We do not store Your Third Party Data, other than Aggregated Data and some of Your Third Party Data to provide you with a better experience while using RockTech.

Removing Information

You may terminate your account on the Services at any time. We will delete all your information and Login Credentials upon your termination of our Services or upon your request that we delete specific Login Credentials via the Services; provided that we may retain, use and disclose Aggregated Data in perpetuity.

We use industry-standard encryption methods to transmit your personal registration information from your computer to ours across the Internet. Please remember that you play a valuable part in security as well. Your password to access our Services, which you select at registration, should never be shared with anyone and should be changed frequently. And, after you have finished using our Services, you should log off and exit your browser so no unauthorized persons can use our site with your name and account information. Remember that any information you voluntarily disclose on-line in any news or message postings, social networking sites, discussion groups or chat rooms may be collected and used by others without your permission. Further, if you provide any information to parties who operate web sites that are linked to or from our site, different rules may apply to their collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. We encourage you to review those sites' policies before revealing any sensitive information.

Regardless of the precautions taken by you or by us, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.

Changes to Privacy Policy

It may be necessary from time to time for us to modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the way we collect and use information or changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, and industry standards. Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the data is used. Your continued use of this Site or the Services after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
